yet to be made but sounded yummy.

  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup (125g) pecans
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (maybe need more if the mix seems too wet)
  • 3 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  1. Place cottage cheese, pecans. eggs, onion and soy in food processor.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and oats.
  3. Cut pastry sheets in half and spoon mix down middle
  4. Roll over the pastry so it looks like a long sausage roll and stick together using some egg white.
  5. Cut the rolls into whatever length you prefer.
  6. Glaze the tops with the egg white
  7. Pop in the over and cook at about 200c for about 15-20 mins, or until golden brown

Additional ingredients: zucchini, carrot, mushroom, apple.
