Ingredients5 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack frozen chopped spinach
1 chopped onion
chopped ham
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 MethodPreheat the oven at 180° C. Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan.
Heat olive oil in medium-high heat and sautée onions until they turn soft. Add spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, until excess moisture has evaporated.
In a separate container, whisk eggs, milk, cheese, ham, salt and pepper. Add the spinach mixture and stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into prepared pie pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the eggs have set.
Remove from oven and allow quiche to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
