Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- oregano
- chilli
- italian herbs
- salt + pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Roll meat mixture into balls and toss in plain flour
- Heat a little oil and fry in frying pan until cooked through
- Keep adding oil as needed
- Can be eaten with spaghetti sauce and spaghetti
