Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • oregano
  • chilli
  • italian herbs
  • salt + pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Roll meat mixture into balls and toss in plain flour
  3. Heat a little oil and fry in frying pan until cooked through
  4. Keep adding oil as needed
  5. Can be eaten with spaghetti sauce and spaghetti
